Your First Visit

Brief Paperwork
Upon entering the office, we will have some brief paperwork for you to fill out. The paperwork provides us with general information about yourself and your condition.

Consultation and Health History
Once paperwork has been completed, you will receive a complimentary consultation with Dr. Miller. During this consult, the doctor will review your health history. You will also be able to discuss your health care needs, concerns and related problems, as well as potential treatment options.

Examination
Following your consultation, Dr. Miller will preform a comprehensive spinal exam including range of motion testing. He will then preform specific chiropractic tests, orthopaedic and neurological procedures, to determine the nature and severity of your condition.

X-ray Studies
X-rays, if necessary, maybe preformed to complete your evaluation and to assist us in developing the most effective treatment plan for you.

Follow Up Appointment
After your first visit is completed, you will be scheduled a follow up appointment where Dr. Miller will review your report of findings.
